We hope you love every item you receive from By Grace & Faith, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of your purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.

Because of the nature of our small business and curated collections, we do not offer refunds at this time.

Please note that seasonal, sale, clearance, Rowe Casa Organics, Finch & Fennel, and personalized items are final sale.
